Meet the German Delegation:

Building Enerlytics GmbH

BuildingEnerlytics is a Berlin-based technology company that automates building energy analysis, physics-based simulation, and decarbonisation planning — for individual buildings and entire real-estate portfolios.

Using building metadata, GIS data and available metering records, the platform creates calibrated energy models — digital twins that are continuously refined against measured consumption. It then evaluates retrofit and electrification options (heat pumps, envelope improvements, PV, storage) and benchmarks each scenario against CRREM 1.5 °C pathways, reporting energy and CO₂ impact alongside investment costs and financial returns.

For Norway, we seek pilot projects with private and public building owners and partnerships with utilities, energy-service providers, and building-technology companies to validate and scale our platform in the Nordic market.

Hottgenroth Software AG

Hottgenroth Software is a German software company based in Cologne, Germany. The company develops software solutions and digital tools primarily for the construction, building services engineering, energy consulting, HVAC and electrical trades. Its portfolio includes applications for technical planning, calculation, energy efficiency, building simulation, project management and commercial processes.

Hottgenroth's software solutions are designed to support professionals in planning, designing, calculating and managing building-related projects. The company focuses on practical digital solutions for specialist trades and engineering professionals.

Kraftwerk dezentrale Energiesysteme GmbH

Kraftwerk has been developing and producing gas-powered combined heat and power (CHP) units since 1996 at its headquarters in Hanover, Germany. Its Mephisto CHP units cover an electrical range from 8 to 50 kW. All units can run on natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, biogas and sewage gas, and are designed and certified for operation with up to 20% hydrogen. In 2024, the higher-level control system ‘Direktor’ was launched on the market. This enables holistic control of energy centres. It features a wide range of control and monitoring functions as well as economically optimised operation of combined heat and power plants, heat pumps and other generators, and also maps the consumer side.

mfh systems GmbH

mfh systems GmbH is a development and production company active throughout Europe in hydraulic panel heating and cooling systems, electric CARBON heating foils for ceilings, walls and floors, as well as decentralised ventilation units for living spaces. Almost all products of mfh systems are "Made in Germany". The main components are manufactured at our own production site in Northern Germany. In addition to the products, mfh also provides its partners with the documented technical know-how, which is constantly updated thanks to continuous further development. In principle, all mfh surface heating systems are characterised by quick controllability (on-demand heating), low installation height (for renovation) and high energy efficiency (climate-friendly). The solutions in the field of decentralised residential ventilation also pursue the goal of maximum energy efficiency. All technologies can be used in new buildings and refurbishments.

Teddington Luftschleieranlagen GmbH

Teddington develops and manufactures high-quality air curtain systems for commercial and industrial applications. Its CONVERGO® nozzle technology provides an effective air barrier across open doors and gateways, delivering energy savings of up to 40% compared with competing units.

Von Hanf Handels GmbH & Co. KG

von Hanf develops and distributes hemp-based building materials under the Hemplith® and Silentlith® brands. Founded in 2020 and based in Itzehoe, Germany, the company offers a complete hemp building system: hemp-lime blocks, insulation boards, loose-fill insulation, drywall and building boards, and acoustic panels – renewable alternatives to concrete, mineral wool, OSB and gypsum.

The hemp-lime products are capillary-active, vapour-permeable and store carbon long-term, which makes them suited to energy-efficient new builds as well as renovation of existing buildings. Hemplith® covers 1,400 m² of façade on the German Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka. von Hanf exports across Europe, including Denmark and Sweden, and works with distribution partners in the UK, Canada, the USA, Australia and New Zealand.

In Norway, von Hanf is looking for building merchants and distributors, contractors and renovation specialists, and architects working on low-carbon and circular construction.
