Innovation Round Table

In close cooperation with the Lufthansa Group, we are hosting an exclusive Innovation Round Table where we will share experiences and enchange ideas concerning the following questions:

• How can companies increase their capacity for innovation?
• How can new ideas be sought, found and driven forward?
• How can companies, accelerators and startups work together?

We invite you to the keynote presentations followed by a moderated discussion with the three speakers. We will also open for questions and contribution to the discussion by the audience.

Speakers

Doris Krüger, Senior Director Future Innovation Strategy, Lufthansa Group
Doris Krüger leads the department for Future Innovation Strategy at the Lufthansa Group. The aim of this department is to increase the ability to innovate within the Group. In order to achieve this goal, Ms Krüger and her team are working on various formats designed to drive innovation like the Innovation Award or the Innovation Fund. The department invites employees to actively participate in the design and implementation of innovative concepts. Ms. Krüger has been in senior positions in the Lufthansa Group for 25 years. In 2013, she established and managed the Lufthansa Group Innovation Unit.

Kathrine Brøsholen, Managing Partner, Agera Nudge AS
Kathrine Brøsholen from the accelerator house Agera is establishing consultancy that will nudge startup and traditional companies to growth, through business development and innovation. Previously she was partner and innovation director in Mindshare a company within WPP, the world leader in marketing communications services. For many years Kathrine was the vice president of sales development globally for Schibsted media group and also part of the management team that established Schibsted Product and Technology.

Yngvar Pettersen, CEO, HomeControl AS
Yngvar Pettersen is the CEO and co-founder of HomeControl. In less than 5 years, he has taken the company from selling one patented smart outlet in Norway, to delivering complete connected home and IOT solutions on a global scale. In three years HomeControl has expanded into 15 countries. He holds a degree in economics from BI Norwegian Business School and has long experience in sales and marketing from well-known companies such as Nidar, JetForm and eProcess. He co-founded Adaptive AS before co-founding HomeControl in 2013. In 2016, HomeControl won the startup competing during Oslo Innovation Week.

The discussion will be led by Bård Stranheim, Senior Advisor at Innovation Norway.
